Best breakfast in Europe (well, possibly a slight exaggeration but we have never had better elsewhere). Chic, cool, stylish and not ludicrously expensive. Glass bathrooms very funkoid.

Everyone should go to Prague.

(older)

Saturday was spent walking over 23,000 steps to the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and Old Town. I found some sweet Christmas gifts for some sweet family members and enjoyed the historic and romantic city that we call Prague. As it started to snow, Meg and I decided to be adventurous and see a black theater show. Originally we wanted to see the marionette show but ...

Salzburg was very nice. Prague is great!

We just spent a day in Prague and this city is amazing. In a way it reminded me of Rome. It has the same feeling of grandeur when you look at the old town and buildings, and the churches. Charles bridge is the famous bridge in Prague and it remained me of the bridge in front of Castel St Angelo in Rome (though I think Charles bridge is probably more famous). The Prague castle overlooking the old town is amazing ...

Of all the places I have been so far Prague was one of my favorite, I will definitely come back ...

Miscellaneous Ramblings

Thanksgiving in Prague. Found turkey and cranberry sauce, made stuffing and potatoes, and washed it all down with some American wine. Here's a shot of leftovers. Listening to Alice's Restaurant via the Internet from New York's Only Classic Rock Station, Q104.3, followed up with some West Wing DVD action, I...

"Raz, dva, tri - on your mark, get set...

(older)

Go!" Caroline cries, and then waits as Lucie and I launch ourselves across the kitchen floor in a hopping contest. She waits until we have landed, takes a demure hop herself and applauds our efforts. "Again" she cries, and again we hop, she waits and then claps. Clearly this style of director‘s chair...
