Not an all-inclusive list, obviously. 1. The public transportation is efficient, clean, and will get you almost anywhere you need to go. 2. The city is small enough that you can walk anywhere the public transportation system doesn't take you. 3. Dogs are allowed on public transportation and in malls. I love that. 4. Food is cheap, especially staples like bread, milk, cheese, etc. 5. The women are beautiful. Admittedly, I don't always see this as a bonus. But it's nice to have something pretty ...
