We had quite the adventure exploring Giants Causeway in Ireland and discovered the generosity of strangers. Ive decided that those who live in Northern Ireland have been the most friendly. So the story goes... We leave Belfast on a bus and after an hour journey along the northern coast we are the only people...  

A few weeks ago, Nerd's Eye View sent me to a super recipe for plum dumplings over at Mausi. When my plum supply was replenished (it is the year of the plum, I'm told) we ate many many many until C was sick of the sight of them. When I came home from work one day, I found a plum dumpling surprise awaiting...  

The exhibition of Popper’s photos from the 30’s of the 20th century includes next to her portraits and images shot in the studio also the most significant pictures – unique photographs of Prague streets representing the atmosphere of the time and made from unusual visual angles and lighting.  

Christmas atmosphere can be felt on Christmas markets that start on Saturday 2nd December and will last til the 1st January 2007. The markets will be held on the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square.
