So yesterday after the flight to Dresden....i got there and it was almost 1100pmWent out and found out there were no trains to the city centre and everything was in German....Thank god this man was heading the same way so he taught me how to take the bus and tram and showed me exactly where I needa get...  

Althugh i have been to Prague before it was definately one of the places i could not wait to get back to again this time.....and it definately did not dissapoint. After a very nice train ride from Berlin we found our hostel relatively easily at first we had our doubts abou it due to the look of the first...  

According to Czech president Vaclav Klaus, there is no danger of global warming caused by humans. He believes, that the theory of global warming is exaggerated and that it can threaten people´s freedom. Klaus expressed these controversial opinions several times, last time at the lecture, that he held at the University of Economics in Prague few days ago.  

Interesting stuff. I return home from Africa to find that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have taken up residence in my neighborhood. While I’d like to think I’d bump into them at Delvita or maybe getting a beer at Na Slámníku, somehow I just don’t think that’s going to happen.  

Stayed in a nice flat just 100 metres off the Old Town square. This website offers a number of centrally located rentals and I highly recommend it for anybody who wants a bit more of a bargain than the high priced Prague hotels have to offer!  

The exhibition of contemporary Czech art in the Municipal Library in Prague has an ironic name “Gross Domestic Product”. It reflects the present society – the consumerism, rationality and economy, which rule the world.  

For those interested in modern design and architecture, there is an exhibition of Czech and foreign design in the Veletrzni palac (the Trade Fair Palace) in Prague these days.
