This weekend we drove to Tabor, Třebon and Cesky Krumlov to visit our babysitters at their spa and to introduce Czech towns to my father. My week in Prague

So finally tomorrow we will be leaving the beautiful Prague. I'm not sure if it's because I saw it with a history buff it probably is but i really appreciated it. We didn't do much these last couple of days. Veronique's birthday was relatively down played. We drank wine and beer and went to our favorite...  


The Capital..finally

After being here for 3 weeks I fiinally get to go sightseeing in the cityPrague is BEAUTIFUL the old town at least...Charles Bridge...so nice...tho very crowded.Went to Prague Castle..err..looking at it from the other side of the river is actually much nicer than being inside. I loved the golden lane...  


Bodies... The Exhibition in Prague - no people on wheelchairs, please

Even though the exhibition Bodies… The Exhibition in Palac Lucerna in Prague is largely discussed in media, nobody stressed that the exhibition is not accessible for people on wheelchairs or mothers/fathers with prams. That’s the experience of Gabriela Knapova who is on a wheelchair and who was not let in the hall by the guards.

Prague Castle closed on 5th June 2007

The most popular monument in Prague, Prague Castle, will be completely closed to the public next Tuesday 5th June 2007. The reason for that is the visit of the American president George W. Bush. Bush will have most of this political meetings just at Prague Castle.
